The interview process began with a meeting with the Executive Director, who was exceptionally accommodating and professional. The ED's approach suggested that the company was genuinely interested in getting to know me and understanding my qualifications and experience. This was followed by a virtual interview with two senior associates, which indicated that the company wanted to further evaluate my fit for the role and team. During this stage, I was asked a comprehensive range of questions to assess my experience and capabilities for the position. I'm pleased to say that the process culminated in a job offer, which I accepted, and the onboarding process has now commenced.
