3 stage interview process....telephone interview, informal interview and maths test very relaxed atmosphere if successful you are invited back for a Formal interview If selected you may me invited back for a few hrs so they can see how you work with the public

Pretty straightforward process, however from start to finish has taken quite a long time. About 2 weeks after applying I was invited to a telephone interview which was very short, I was probably asked about 4 simple questions, and about an hour later received an interview to tell me I was successful. The next stage was then a recruitment day which wasn't taking place for another two weeks and would take two and a half hours of my time, and was on a Friday evening. The recruitment day consisted of some simple maths questions such as working out £ to € etc. This was followed by a group activity where we were given 15 scenarios and we had to put them in order of importance individually and then discuss as a group. Those who were successful then went on to 1:1 interviews.
