there are 2 interviews one w/HR recruiter and a second with the manager of the team. recruiter said i was going to have the second interview at the end of our first interview

with HR: commom questions they usually make: tell about yourself, weaknesses, strenghs, etc with manager: examples of what i did in my last job when a certain scenario happened, ex: example for when i suggested for an improvement in a process; how i used to handle w/ stakeholders; example of a decision that i had to make by myself and how it resulted
