HR scheduled a call with me and she spoke for only about a minute. The HR didn’t sound like she is aligned with the internal teams about openings. She sounds clueless and disconnected and I am not even sure if she will even present my resume to the programming team. Why schedule a call to tell me there are no open positions? Normally people just send an email. They need to get rid of this HR - she is awful.
