Tesco’s interview process usually includes an online application, assessment or situational questions, followed by a face-to-face or virtual interview focusing on customer service, teamwork, and availability. Easy process sometimes also get group interviews which are actually better in my opinion as it’s more relaxed

It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
