I applied online. I interviewed at Tesco (East Kilbride, Scotland) in Jan 2014
Interview
The hiring process was an online application, it asked about your self & former work experience. Then you had to answer an online assessment, which gave you questions & a range of answers to choose from.
I submitted my cv through the website and received an email for interview after a while. The interview was with the manager in the shop. I went to the store and talked to the manager.
Easy process, very nice to work with, asked basic questions such as career goals, strengths and weaknesses. Offered the job a few days later by a phone call but declined due to another job opportunity.
