The boss in the room was HR (terrible sign).
The questions asked were weak, mostly trying to downgrade my tenure and experience (again, terrible sign).
- Uncompetitive salary for Oslo.
- No mention of bonuses.
- No mention of employee parking.
- No benefits beyond the bare minimum.
- No possibility of working from home.

Round 2: Covered system/architecture design, along with discussions on design approaches and trade-offs. Additionally, some analog design questions were also asked.
