I applied online (I believe through a posting on Monster.com), and was contacted by a recruiter within 2-3 days. We had about a 30 minute phone conversation. She set up another phone call between myself and one of the senior recruiters within a few days, and after that phone call, I was invited to come in for an initial face-to-face interview with 6 team members (1 at a time), which included another Sourcing Specialist, 3 other Recruiters, a Recruiting Manager, and the Head of Talent Acquisition. I was then called in for a final interview, where I met the head of HR for the Americas. After that interview, I was made an offer within 2 days. After I accepted verbally, I received the hiring paperwork within 2 more days, and started within 2 weeks.
