Interview

Very easy and they were nice. They were slow in getting me a response on whether or not I was offered the position, despite me explaining my timeline where I needed to know because I had another offer on the table and the pressure was on to provide an answer. They finally gave me an offer, but by then I had taken the other job.

Straightforward - no surprises. I was expected to give a product presentation during the final round. Otherwise, it was 3 rounds with higher levels of management each round. If you prepare you should be fine for each round.

Over the phone interview to establish I was human and sane. Then was brought it to go over my employment history and do a mock sales presentation in front of a sales manager and top performing sales person.

Very long and time consuming. They made me come up with a Business Case on a new customer that isn't currently selling on Amazon. I believe I was over qualified, BUT THEY WON'T TELL YOU WHY YOU DIDN'T GET THE JOB?
