Interview
Very laid back, a short technical test to assess competency and then a lot of 'cultural fit' stuff. In total interview lasted about 1 hour.
Internal interviews have been more challenging, I think it largely depends on how keen they are to quickly fill a role. Internal roles can be hard to interview for because the senior managers definitely have favourites.

HR coordinator call and set time for the interview, with HR manager and departmental head, it was very friendly and easy going interview process without pressurizing the candidate and most question related to practical situation base.
