Recruiter inputted my number wrong in the calendar invite. Called the wrong number and was late to my call after I sent multiple emails clarifying the correct number. Recruiter proceeded to blame me for having the wrong number in my resume, which I didn't and even checked live on our call.
Additionally, posting a job and not letting candidates know the start time is in November is wasting both your time and the candidates.
Comp is very low for a role requiring 5+ years of experience and given its title. Base is $80k plus commission with OTE at around $100k. My first year as a CSM my comp was $60k OTE. The comp being offered is more in line to a mid-market CSM, not a Senior Strategic CSM.
