Pre-Interview screening is completed by artificial intelligence. Great candidates are overlooked! This tool is so bad. Qualified great candidates are rejected before any manager is even made aware that a great candidate has applied. This is a very poor system

No interview questions. The process used to screen potential candidates is very bad. I am familiar with several very qualified people that never got passed the artificial intelligence screening tool that is used.
