3 rounds of interviews with two managers and the final interview with VP. The interviews were very nice, but at the end they chose an internal candidate, which seemed to be the plan all along and I felt like it was an enormous waste of time. They also belittled my experience and questioned if I was qualified enough (but then proceeded to take me the entire way through the interview process?? If I wasn't qualified, then I should have never continued through. And, spoiler alert, I was qualified as I had currently been working as facility director for an OP clinic for 7 years.
