I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at UPMC (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jul 2015
Interview
The process took about a week, I got an onsite interview with the whole department (~10 people) for about 3 hours. It was a very long onsite interview with a lot of people. There are both behavior interview questions and resume/skill related questions. There are also some unexpected questions. Be ready to speak to all team members, managers and their boss.

Interview
One on one meeting with another UPMC employee. Very comfortable atmosphere and conversation. Did not get the job, but would highly recommend applying there. UPMC is highly involved in their community, which is definitely a plus.
