I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at USAA (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
If the job description shows a salary, the recruiter will lie to you about what they are offering for the position, Assuming you didn't write the amount down before they removed the posting. And he will say it's $10,000 less than the starting amount. If you are a women, he will say $15,000 less. When you know how much it should be and have worked for the company before, he will lie about your experience being the reason, even if you are overqualified. His boss won't do anything either, as he's already overworking the recruiter with too many applicants.
