I applied for a different role and talked to the recruiter, but that ended up not being a fit. I reached out to the recruiter when I saw the role that I ultimately accepted. I had a 45 minute behavioral interview with hiring manager, then a 90 minute panel interview where I presented a case study

Thorough, 3+ months and several loops, a take home case that you present in front of a panel and Q&A. Lots of behavioral questions and detailed in the trees questions from the hiring team

What type of metrics did you use to understand retention and growth with your experiment?
I've reached only first round of interview with hiring manager. She was friendly and explained me the stages. But I felt that I am not going to the next round of interviews.
