I just had the recruiter round and got rejected. The recruiter was friendly and went through the usual questions about salary expectations etc. Then a set of questions (e.g tell me about a time you had to push back). I had a positive experience during the interview, however when I got a generic rejection email and reached out to ask for feedback, I was ignored. I think that they should take their time briefly to give feedback to every candidate they interview.
