J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai été contacté dans la journée pour réaliser un exercice créatif. Il s'agit d'un exercice en 3 parties avec différentes questions de type simulation. Mon test a été envoyé à Uber et j'ai eu entretien vidéo avec 2 personnes des RH. C'était plus un entretien pour découvrir ma personnalité : qu'est-ce que je pense de telle ou telle chose, quels sont mes hobbies etc. Vraiment facile et ambiance décontractée. Réponse positive donnée 3h après.

After I applied, I was invited to do an assessment. Following that, I had a recruiter interview, then a behavioral interview, and then a panel with a project and an additional behavioral interview.

Tell us about a challenging deal you negotiated. How did you create value for both parties and what was the impact on your organization’s bottom line?
Terrible process idk why they even had me interview when nobody showed up but I guess it’s alroght if they didn’t wanna itnerview me even though we had a meeting
Recruiter never called during the scheduled time for our phone interview. When I reached out to reschedule, she ignored me and cancelled the rescheduled call. Very unprofessional, especially considering that they reached out to me in the first place
