I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Uber in Feb 2019
Interview
I went through 5 rounds (recruiter call, hiring manager video interview, assignment/ presentation, 2-hour video interview with 3 people (including the hiring manager), and a video interview with the director of the department). Recruiter than called a week later saying they will be moving forward with more senior candidates.
I've reached only first round of interview with hiring manager. She was friendly and explained me the stages. But I felt that I am not going to the next round of interviews.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Uber (New York, NY) in Mar 2026
Interview
Only made it through the recruiter screening. It felt very rushed during the conversation. It didn’t last long at all. Maybe 15 minutes. I received an automated rejection email within 36 hours
