Everyone there is incredibly excited to work there and they are obviously passionate/happy about what they do. They really came across as having a culture of meritocracy. The interview process was tough and they ask a lot of very technical questions along with personality/behavioral questions. The overall process was a blast and I even got to grab lunch with what would have been the team that I worked with. If I had the ability to accept and work at two different work places I would have ended up at Uber. The reason I declined the offer is that I received another offer for a position that greater allowed me to pursue my interests and also at significantly higher total compensation.
