Interview
There is no interview process to get hired. All you have to do is send in your personal information, vehicle information, proof of insurance and pass the background checks. You can request copies of your background checks for free, which is nice to be able to check and make sure nobody has been fouling up your good name.
Very simple process. More to do with having the correct documentation and right background check. Having driving experience is bonus. As long as your cleared by TfL and easy process to join and start working
