The interview was short and the interviewer seemed tired. It gave me the feeling that they are looking to expand rapidly at the moment and the it’s putting a lot of pressure on the recruiters

After I applied, I was invited to do an assessment. Following that, I had a recruiter interview, then a behavioral interview, and then a panel with a project and an additional behavioral interview.

Tell us about a challenging deal you negotiated. How did you create value for both parties and what was the impact on your organization’s bottom line?
Recruiter never called during the scheduled time for our phone interview. When I reached out to reschedule, she ignored me and cancelled the rescheduled call. Very unprofessional, especially considering that they reached out to me in the first place
