The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever
Interview
Initial application is important, spend time working on the questions you are asked in the application, be different, try to stand out with your answers.
The next stage is the telephone interview, probably one of the hardest telephone interviews I have had so far. It was very formal and mainly competency based. Know their competencies and prepare examples to their competencies, in particularly leadership and team work. I also got a question about integrity 'name a time when you have shown integrity in a work environment'. I was also asked about unilever's competitors and about the FMCG industry 'how does unilever differ from its competitors' 'who are unilever's competitors'.
Be yourself and be real, answer honestly.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unilever (London, England) in Feb 2022
Interview
An online self-recorded video interview, 5 questions each with 3 chances to record. 5 minutes were allocated for each response. Multiple chances to record takes a bit of the pressure off but questions were quite long and difficult.

Question 1
You are asked to contribute to a presentation that compares Unilever to its competitors, what sort of things should you research and include?
Think about:
What sort of competitor strategies should you analyse?
How is unilever better than its competitors?
What parts of our products should you focus on?
