Interview
It began with HR, then the Senior team members then the director. Efficient and responded (vis 3rd party recruiter) in a reasonable amount of time. There is really nothing more to say. It was fair and they responded, which was novel, but then again I got hired. I do not know if I would have heard from them if the response was negative.
