Ghosted me after first round interview. Sent three follow up emails and no reply until I got a rejection email about a month later and nothing else was said from the recrutier

It's a online video interview has 4 questions and takes 30 minutes to finish. You need to answer the case questions after little thinking time. If you know your field well, it wouldn't be that much hard to complete.

Skipped straight to manager instead of HR, which should of been my first clue, and interview was standard.. was told there would be a follow up but got ghosted, when I reached out for feedback weeks later, I was told they would reach out to the manager as I was unsuccessful and then got ghosted again.
