Application form consisting of recording interests and activities, as well as CV upload. I then recieved an email to complete the online tests (i.e. numerical). A few weeks on I was invited to have a telephone interview with a member of HR. The interview lasted for exactly 30 minutes, which followed a script which is the same for all internship applicants.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a difficult decision you had to make and how you encouraged others to support you
After submitting my application, I was invited to Level 2 which was a behavioral assessment where you played a bunch of games to determine your thought processes and problem-solving skills, and how it matched with the company. Then Level 3 was a digital interview that you get a chance to practice before submitting. As part of the video interview you will be allocated to a function-specific project and asked to talk about what you would do in certain situations which could arise on a typical day working at Unilever.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever in Oct 2015
Interview
After filling out an online application I was invited to a telephone interview which lasted around 30 minutes. The interviewer was really friendly and it mainly involved talking about situations where I had shown certain skills and showing any knowledge about unilever.
