Completed an online interview. A few months later received a scrappy email to inform me that my interview recording had been lost. If I wanted to continue with the application, I had to repeat the interview within a short timeframe. I received this information during a university exam period and the deadline was before the end of my exams. My exams took priority, so Unilever's admin error ended my application.
