Flown to Minneapolis; one day with multiple functional leaders. I thought that the process was pretty standard based on the position that I was applying for. Most of the people just wanted to see if they felt that I was a "culture fit" because they did not have expertise in the same area as me.

these were thoughtful interviewers. They really had a great leadership representation to drill down for this positions. It was lengthy and thorough. There were sometimes weeks between multiple interviews.
