Basic questions about current and former positions and responsibilities. Ability to lead and motivate team. Began with a phone screen followed by two interviews with CMO and VP level employees. Friendly and encouraging during interview but behaviors changed drastically after starting position,

Interview
Applied online and didnt hear back to get an interview until 4+ weeks later which is a bit unusual typically for the interview process. Met with recruiter, hiring manager for background/technical and then panel interview with 3 members for behavioral questions. Be prepared for the panel to be STAR method - lots of "tell me about a time when..." questions about difficulties in the workplace/working with people you have issues with/overcoming things, etc.
