Interview
The interview process was simple and quick. After submitting the online application, I had a quick call with the HR contact to explain the role and see if it was a right fit. That same week I interviewed with 3 managers for 30 minutes each - one which was the hiring manager, a peer manager, and their supervisor. Great experience!

What type of role in a project would you like to staffed on?
Setup for interview was with 3 managers as they were trying to save time, but they all needed something different for their separate teams. Each worked in different areas the role type they were looking for varied. The work life balance varied. They were overall discombobulated.

Video, then two interviews - the video was recorded and quick but the two interviews were with the manager and then a dotted line manager. Overall an easy and pleasant process. great recruiter
