Both interviewers were very friendly throughout the process! They had two thirty minute interviews with people from Optum and Surest, and then a phone interview with a recruiter from UnitedHealth Group.

Applied online and after a week or two received an email about a digital one-way interview using Hirevue. Using Hirevue just felt extremely impersonal.
