I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Vodafone (Newbury, England) in Feb 2015
Interview
Online application, quite standard.
Video interview - in my opinion a bit silly. "If you were to advertise yourself on a London bus how would it look like". "If you are in a lift with our CEO which one question would you ask them". "Which 3 items will you get on a desert island" And a couple more, just as silly questions. You weren't given much time to think and not nearly enough to answer. Bear in mind thinking is 30sec and answer is up to a minute.
Assessment centre - Group exercise, Interview, presentation prep and running. The group exercise asked to think of an app for Vodafone to adopt. Given 10mins each member to come up with an app and 15 to discuss and decide on 1 app.
The overall organisation of the event was good with direction and food and nice atmosphere. The presentation did not have any visuals to make, it was just talking and the questions i was asked were a bit direct. Every single word I said was questioned. The interview was ok, standard questions really.

Interview
The group work was very engaging and allowed us to get to know each other and complete a task then presenting it. After the group task was individual presentation and lastly the one to one interview. The interviewers were super nice and friendly, which made the interview process more better.
Straight forward online application process with situational judgement, aptitude tests. and then followed by online digital interview. First stage requires full breakdown of CV, work history, education history, work rights and eligibility to work within the united kingdom. Following from that
I applied through university. I interviewed at Vodafone (London, England) in Sept 2024
Interview
Online assessment centre with both logic puzzles and video interviews. The interview question were your typical run of the mill questions, 1 warm up with 5 actual question assessing how you deal with working in different situations:
1. What's your strength (practice)
2. Example of a time where you exceeded your own expectations
3. A time where you pick up a new skill on the go
4. An example of an idea you proposed and brought to life
And some more that I cannot remember, it was kind of stressful for me as the actual questions are one take only with no chance for retry. Also the fact that I am new to the whole interview process. But overall the questions should not be too difficult for veterans.
The logic based exercise is what I find challenging. Get some practice going on before trying it. I was told I have 48 hours before I needed to finish the whole assessment and I panicked and started the logic test after only done a handful of mock paper, and it was somewhat disastrous to me.
They also give you a feedback for your logic test upon your full submission of your online assessment so you can tell how well you did in your actual logic test.
