Interview
1. HR screening for package, right to work, etc.
2. 30-45 minute screening interview with team members (your would be peers)
2. 45-60 minute interview on CV, background, core competencies with your would be boss and senior team member
3. Short 10 minute presentation on a challenge relevant to the portfolio/industry you are applying for and strong focus on Vodafone's 'Spirit Behaviours' with your would be boss.
4. 30 minute interview with the Portfolio lead and would be boss to sign-off on the hire. If you make it this far you are very likely to get hired (only 1 or 2 candidates make it here).
Step 2 & 3 and sometimes covered in the same interview if the need to fill the role is urgent, or the candidate is clearly a strong fit.
