I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wayfair in Feb 2019
Interview
This technically was more of a phone screening then an interview. But I was contacted within a week by a recruiter to schedule an over the phone interview after submitting my app through Wayfair’s career site. The interview went okay. However, I was rejected two days later, probably do to not having the experience they want although I heard the Boston office is full of airhead blonds who don’t know what they are doing. Go figure! I list some interview questions for you to nail it. Yeah, I know you can :) Make sure you have a good bit of examples on how you use data metrics, this company is all about that, as well as creative ways to recruit. Good luck!

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Oct 2025
Interview
A series of teams calls with different people. One was a case study where you did it with a manager you would be working with. Moved pretty quickly with scheduling the interviews and hearing on next steps.
Phone interview with Recruiter and then a long virtual interview where you are passed around to 3 different people and asked different questions and given hypothetical roles to describe a hiring process for.
