I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (New Haven, CT) in Jul 2020
Interview
so far it went great! 1st phone interview went well and I will be having my 2nd interview tomorrow morning. The recruiter seems very nice however I did ask a general question that IF there were ever a time that I was unsure of something (after resolving the problem on my own with my best judgment of course) would there be someone I could reach out to that could confirm if I handled that situation properly or id there was another way of doing it....and i kind of felt from the response like wayfair isn't interested in hiring someone who may need help with a particular situation (mind you i thought I would be taking orders and things as well as basic customer service issues) but then again I just wanted to see what kind of support was available to their remote staff because that's important. Otherwise i had a great experience and the recruiter was very kind as well
the interview process was very straightforward and simple. they asked star method questions about experience and took time to throughly answer any questions I may have had. Very easy process
It was fine, the person who interviewed me was lovely. Explained the role well, and very human. Took an interest in me and my skills, and didn't wait long to contact me to offer the role.
