Interview
I was invited for a Google Meet call with the HR recruiter. He asked me basic questions about my background and then explained about the company and the role. He seemed satisfied and told me that he will be forwarding my profile for further technical rounds.
After a few days, I received an automated rejection mail with no feedback or any reason provided. I mailed back to the HR and got no reply

Interview
HUGE waste of time. Recruiter phone screen was fine, after WEEKS of rescheduling the interviewer did not seem to be well organized and presented a very lackluster interest in the interview process. It seemed as though the interviewer was reading from a script and was distracted for most of the interview. It was very disappointing and felt disrespectful. I took that as a red flag as he was representing the standard that Wayfair would present for an interview. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Interview
It was an HR interview, then a Hiring-manager interview then a take-home test which takes about 3 hours(and you have a week to do it), after that 3-4 related interviews to the take-home test. I got rejected letter with feedback 2 weeks after submitting the take-home test, and in that letter, they provide a link to have a feedback call if I want to know more

In HR interview they asks about the reason for choosing the company and the reason that you are leaving current company and salary-expextation
In the Hiring-manager interview they ask about the experience that you had and your idea about testing and how do you insure about quality of code
