I did not make it through the entire process, but I made it through initial phone screen with HR and interview with potential manager over the phone. The next step would have been to go on site for an interview. Ultimately, it wasn't a fit for them or for me for a couple reasons, but I feel that the interview served it's purpose and was a good process.
