Interview
It was three rounds total, recruiter, case and behavioral. Case was pretty ease just multiple questions on a specific department in wayfair. Super quick it took me a week and a half to get through it
Traditional phone screen followed by two case studies and a final behavioral interview. All three interviews were roughly an hour long. Cases were straightforward with simple math. Behavioral was based on the internal “people principles”.
Made it through all 3 rounds of interviews just to find out the recruiter was fired and was given no update on whether or not the position was filled or closed
Phone screening then 1 case interview followed by a back to back case study and behavioral interview. They provide preparation materials that are very helpful. Interviewers were very nice and supportive throughout the interviews
