Interview
I had a successful phone screen with their HR recruiter, with whom I networked thanks to an alumni connection. I was then passed on to interview with the VP of Ops on a phone interview. There were about 5 general areas of focus as listed in the job description, of which I was a good fit for four of them. However, it turned out my weakest area was the most important area of focus. I did not advance in the process.
