Step 1) Posted for position on company website.
Step 2). Phone screening.
Step 3). Due diligence; two weeks of meetings with employees in multi levels of leadership positions.
Step 4) Panel interview.
Panel interview with 10 + managers, employees and HR represented.
The overall experience was invaluable, and the follow up feedback was excellent!
