Applied, answered question sent from Wf in email; was called a couple days later for an interview. Met with team leader, asked questions about personal life as well as past experience. Know the website pretty well, especially things asked on questionaire email. If liked, 2nd interview with store leader, pretty simple, if u make it to 3rd interview with another head of the store, you've already got the job!

No difficult questions as long as you faniliarize yourself with the company website as well as know company history. Smile, take notes. Be yourself! Whole Foods loves individuality.
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.

Very short and straight to the point. Friendly people doing the interviews. Felt great and didn’t get nervous. They tell you the expectations on the spot to see if it’s actually something you’d like to continue with.
