The phone interview was about 30 minutes. I was asked to tell her about myself. I was asked about handling difficult customers. I was asked about salary expectations. I was also asked about shrink. I haven’t heard back as of yet.

I sat in front of a panel of interviewers: the person that would be my direct superior, their superior, a person from the regional team and an entry level person from the team I was applying to, they all took turns asking me questions relevant to the job.
