no interview. they called and hired me directly. The first time I came in after they called me and hired me over the phone, I filled out the tax form, received my uniform and a schedule.

There were no questions asked. Perhaps, when was I available to come in/start.
Easy, didn't take very long
We just talked about why i wanted to work there as well as what the job entailed
It didnt take more than 15 mins
Ended the interview talking about the guy's kid, lol.
They are just looking for someone who can put words together in a sentence
