I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Austin, TX)
Interview
- Round 1: 15 minute interview to get to know 2 senior associates. Felt pretty good about how it went.
- Round 2: Had to present a case study project to 2 senior associates: Michael Prue and Sam Hassell.
These 2 from round 2 were the worst interviewers I've ever had. Lost interest in the position half way through the interview because of how they handled themselves. Michael made his passive aggression and frustration very prominent during the whole interview. Sam gave me the spotlight to ask questions only to cut me off every single time to tell me to hurry up. (There was plenty of time left). If you don't answer a specific question exactly how Michael wants then be ready for a passive aggressive comment.

Interview
The interview process went very well. The interviewer didn't ask any hard questions. I just did the presentation for the case study first. And they ask follow-up questions. It was easy.
