There's no interview for the seasonal shopper position, I believe it is for part and full time. Basically if your application meets their requirements you will received an on boarding email.

No interview questions in person. Application asks for things like availability and there's an assessment test you have to take.
Had to take the assessment test twice. Got the offer only after I read some tips from Reddit. Which is ridiculous, cause almost anyone is overqualified for this job. But once I got the offer, my experience was positive.
