My first interview, they were desperate and went off-script for the (very short) interview. Questions like "Do you have any food prep experience" and "Why do you want to work for Whole Foods?" My second interview (2.5 years later), all of their questions were AI-generated and took 40 minutes. The questions were so long and convoluted I can't even remember what they were about. I'm great at interviews and these questions were hard to answer. Don't panic, think it through and even ask them to repeat if you have to. Times are changing, but we will adapt.
