It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
I got recruited through the ELITE stream. First we had an online test which included aptitude, logical questions, English and some oops related mcq's. Then we had 2 programs to solve. Either completely solve 1 question or get partial output on both the questions. After that you have an essay to write. If you've passed all the criteria then you get a mail saying you've passed the test and they call you to the company. First you'll have the technical round where they ask you general coding questions. If you pass that then the HR interview is pretty simple and straight forward. Overall the process was smooth and straightforward.
