First you go through a phone interview (used to get rid of all those people who can't communicate effectively. It is a cold calling position so you must be able to communicate effectively.
Since I live in San Diego, I was scheduled to do a Skype interview. It lasted 1:15:00 and could be very stressful. You meet with three different hiring managers and they all ask you to do a different role play. They give you feedback and see if you can implement that feedback without getting told to listen to it. Once you finish with the last person, you are told they will get back to you after they all talk.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.

The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
