I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Yelp (San Bruno, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview process consisted of two main interviews: the first by phone and the second in person. The first interview seemed to be more of a screening. Knowing some basic facts about EAT24 and its recent history was enough to pass through it quite easily.
The second, in-person interview was a little more challenging, but it's clear that EAT24 is rapidly and dramatically scaling up its sales force, so any person who has good people skills and is prepared for some basic interview questions should probably do fine. The questions in the in-person predominantly revolved around why I thought I'd be a good fit for EAT24 and what attracted me to the company in the first place.

Question 1
Would you say you are a competitive person? What made you so competitive? What would you say is your greatest weakness? Why EAT24?
I applied online. I interviewed at Yelp (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2026
Interview
Interview was smooth. I was given good information about pay, culture, and what is expected of an inside sales representative on typical day. I was also allowed to ask question.
Everyone was super nice and very clearly proud of Yelp culture. The communication was quick and clear on expectations of the interview and onboarding process. Both the recruiter and the hiring managers were very insightful about the business and offered great feedback to my mock call.

Question 1
They had me run through a mock sales call twice with feedback in between.
It was okay, the salary is quite low and does not match the market for similar roles. I think that the actual interview is not hard, but it is hard to stay motivated knowing the salary number.
