Interview
1. Hr call was smooth and present.
2. After that give a Codility Coding test with all 3 questions. 2 medium and 1 easy.
3. Manager interview, after successfully passing the test, There was another interview to check the eligibility for the project. It should be the 1st interview as per my intention, How do you decide on a matching candidate for java, after passing the java coding test?
She came to reject the interview, I feel that. She said that she is using Grafana and some analytical tools. I clearly explained how to pass data to analytical tools like ELK, and Grafana using structured, plain, binary logins. It seems I was assigned to the wrong team! Don't waste your time!

intial call with recruiter and then a coding assessment test. coding was leetcode medium level questions. after that was a live coding interview. for approx 1 hour and then a systems design interview for designing a payment system.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zalando (Berlin) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interviewer was looking desperately tired and unfocused. Didn't join the interview on time. I had to find someone else to ping him to join.
The questions were generic and related. However, it took 2 weeks for the interviewer to send the results of a basic questionnaire to move forward.
I was overall hugely disappointed with that.
